Delivery Information

Touchsale offers reliable delivery services across mainland UK, using trusted national and manufacturer-approved couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Charges

  • FREE standard delivery is available on all orders over £100, provided all items are dispatched from the same warehouse.

  • For orders under £100, or where items are shipped from multiple warehouses, delivery charges will apply.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the warehouse location, item size, and delivery method, and are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Addresses

We deliver to registered home addresses, business premises, or alternative company locations supplied at checkout.
By default, drop-shipping directly to your customer is not included within our standard delivery service. We reserve the right to decline such deliveries or apply additional shipping and administration charges where applicable.

Couriers & Fulfilment

We use a range of reputable couriers, including DPD, DHL UK, ParcelForce, and Royal Mail.
Some items, particularly large, specialist, or commercial products, may be delivered directly from the manufacturer using their selected courier.

Typical Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on stock availability at our dispatch locations and suitable carrier capacity. All delivery times refer to working days (Monday to Friday).

*Scottish Highlands deliveries may take longer. Commercial and large catering equipment is typically delivered directly from manufacturers; carriage charges for these items are quoted at point of order and fall outside standard delivery rates.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email. Tracking is available via:

Refusing Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery for any visible damage or shortages.
If there is an issue, ensure it is noted on the courier’s delivery paperwork before signing.

If you are not happy to accept the delivery for any reason, please refuse it and contact us immediately on 0208 0500 119.
Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims reported after this time.


Fraud Prevention & Security

For customer protection, we reserve the right to decline delivery to addresses we consider insecure, including communal addresses, PO boxes, or freight-forwarding locations.

Additional security checks may be required before dispatch. In such cases, we may contact you by phone. Orders may be placed temporarily on hold if we are unable to reach you, so please ensure your contact details are accurate. We will never request verification via email.


Exceptions & Delivery Limitations

Delivery is subject to stock availability and does not include international destinations or premium delivery services.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to certain areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and NI. Availability will be confirmed during checkout when you enter your postcode.


Late, Damaged, or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
While the vast majority of orders arrive on time and in excellent condition, issues such as transit damage or misrouting can occasionally occur.

If damage is identified at the point of delivery, the item should be refused and returned with the driver.
