Manufacturer Warranty

Once your new product arrives, we recommend registering it with the manufacturer at your earliest convenience in order to activate your warranty. This ensures you benefit from the highest level of cover available and have access to the appropriate service and support options should you ever require them.

All products sold by Touchsale are 100% brand new, unused, and supplied in their original manufacturer packaging, complete with all relevant accessories and documentation. Customers in the UK and Ireland receive a minimum 12-month warranty as standard. For customers located outside these regions, warranty terms are typically the same; however, we recommend confirming the exact coverage with us or with the manufacturer’s local authorised service centre.

Warranty handling may vary depending on the brand. Some manufacturers offer direct warranties, allowing you to deal with them directly for support, repairs, or replacements. Other brands require products to be returned via our authorised suppliers in order for warranty claims to be processed correctly.

Most products also include lifetime technical support provided directly by the manufacturer*. With a catalogue of over 25,000 products from more than 300 leading manufacturers, their dedicated support teams are best placed to offer expert, product-specific guidance.
