DisplayPort is very simple to use and makes connecting your PC to your display screen for High Definition images very easy. The HDMDPM-DPF is a Mini DisplayPort male to DisplayPort female adapter. This will allow you to connect a DisplayPort monitor to a computer or graphics card that has a Mini DisplayPort output. This is one direction and would be plugged in to the computer or graphics NOT the monitor. This one allows to use an existing DisplayPort Cable.
